Perfectly cooked Balinese Pork Ribs with Papaya Pickle. Wonderful waitstaff. Decor a bit reminiscent of a 80's ski lodge.
Great place to say and wonderful conference venue for small conferences. Really enjoyed my stay.
We dropped in for Sunday lunch (5 of us), and easily got a table as we were the only ones there. I ordered the Cape Grim T-bone medium rare and my wife had the brisket. My wife loved her meal and was very happy. My steak was cooked more medium well, but still tasted, beautiful, well seasoned and a generous portion. It was so tender I was convinced this bovine got a 'happy ending', we will be coming back!

The food at Tall Timbers has always been good; but it has improved 200% since I last ate here some time ago. The new chef is whipping up versitile, creative, and delicious food.Well done Tall Timbers.
